Marketing Specialist | Aereo Feb 2024 - current
Aereo is a leading drone services company specialising in aerial data collection, analysis and reporting for businesses and government bodies.
I am responsible for the strategy, management and execution of all our campaigns and events, with the support of a team of content writers and graphic designers. I also own the creation and implementation of systems and processes across the marketing department, with a goal to automate administrative marketing efforts.
Key Achievements:
- Content and Communications: Develop quarterly and yearly content strategies for ongoing marketing activities including social media, email newsletters, PR, etc. I build the plans and themes of our communications, hand over to the content and design teams along with briefs, execute, and report on performance.
- Event Management: Research and analyse events based on a self-developed weighted scoring metric you estimate potential ROI. Own all the adminstrative and organisational elements of event management, with support from the team for content and design.
- Process Optimisation: Developed and implemented automated workflows, reducing administrative workload by an average of 7 hours per week, allowing the team to focus on creativity and ideation. Marketing Specialist | Central Innovation May 2022 - Feb 2024
Central Innovation is the exclusive reseller of CAD software and supplementary owned tech products and services across Australia and New Zealand.
Owned and executed all content, communications and campaigns across social media, email and web. I was responsible for the planning, implementation and reporting on sales, seasonal, lead generation and promotional campaigns, and manage the end-to-end execution for a range of internal and external events across Australia and New Zealand.
Key Achievements:
- Campaign management and execution: Responsible for the end-to-end production and delivery of all campaign assets (EDMs, social media, SEO/SEM ads) for an average of 2 campaigns per month. Over the last 12 months, customer communication engagement has increased by 50%, social media engagement by 140% and sales campaign engagement has increased by 50%.
- Workflows and automation: Created processes to heavily automate administrative tasks that fall into marketing’s bucket, cutting out an average of 6 hours per week of administrative work.
- Event management: Successfully spearheaded multiple events including tradeshows, launch events, customer networking events and internal events with a regular ROI of 2.5x – 3x.
Marketing Specialist | 365 Mechanix February 2022 - May 2022 [contract]
Microsoft Gold partner utilising PowerBI to build systems that simplify business processes, with a focus on financial institutions and debt collection processes
I owned and executed an end-to-end marketing strategy across all channels. Responsible for all owned and guest content, social media, creative strategy and execution, website, SEO and google Ads management.
Key Achievements:
- Marketing strategy: created a 6 month marketing plan to build presence across all channels from the ground up, including website content, a complete daily social media calendar, blog posts, case studies, Google Ads, and backend SEO on WordPress
- Key stakeholder in project planning phase with founders on the launch of an all new product that automates debt recovery and collections for companies in the financial services space. Responsible for all marketing communications, content execution and PR for the launch.
Brand and Marketing Strategist | DeskNine Pvt Ltd September 2021 - February 2022 [6-month contract]
DeskNine (parent company of SignDesk) is a market leader in India, specialising in tools and products that automate and digitise significant portions of regulatory and legal work for businesses across the country, with a primary focus on financial institutions.
Built and enforced a complete brand strategy across all companies under DeskNine. Lead a team of content creators and designers to implement plans across all owned and paid channels, including social media, website, guest posting, promotional events, amongst other channels.
Was a primary member of the launch team for FORTAP, a not-for-profit organisation providing a forum for discussion in the Regulatory Technology space, developed a strategy for the development and promotion oof FORTAP, working directly with the founder, co-founder, CEO and legal head
Key Achievements:
- Internal branding: formulated and developed a system that semi-automated several marketing activities and interdepartmental interactions, increasing efficiency by 180% over 3 months. Developed a streamlined onboarding process including introduction sessions, onboarding kits, and product training sessions, saving up to 22 hours per week for the HR department.
- Brand development: Spearheaded the creation and launch of the brand book, developed a brand positioning strategy, segmented target clients, competitor mapping, and bi-monthly performance reports.
- Social media: implemented a 12-month social media plan across all channels, including campaigns to increase interaction. Increased impressions by 180 times, increased clicks by 64 times and increased profile visits by 42 times over 3 months.
- Created and developed project management tools including gaant charts, setting up Monday.com and developing project workflow management systems for legal, operations and key account management teams. Was singlehandedly responsible for all content and collateral produced internally.
- Spearheaded a complete rebranding of SignDesk, including our name, tagline, visual elements, brand messaging, amongst others. Was in weekly team meetings with the top-level management to discuss branding and positioning activities.

Reputed project management organisation with over 200 clients across Australia (Part-time role)
contributed to the company brand revamp, including developing brand messaging, brand identity, visual identity, competitor analysis, and marketing analytics based on social media and website interactions. Conducted quarterly market research to identify market trends, appropriate marketing channels for various customer segments, sociographic and customer behaviour trends. Worked closely with executives to provide regular strategic branding recommendations.
Key Achievements:
- Built a campaign to increase internal brand awareness and synchronicity across all departments
- Created presentations, attended relevant panel discussions and events, and was in charge of all creatives, and other collateral that was produced by the company for sales, legal purposes, or internal uses.

Connect Learning & Wellness was a reputed organisation specialising in leadership and soft skills training for corporate managers, in addition to offering health and wellness services to meet the needs of individuals and companies.
Led market research and analysis, social media management, content creation, preliminary website design and subsequent deployment. Gathered and analysed consumer behaviour data, oversaw customer support as well as bookings management. Identified new opportunities and monitored competitor activities. Leveraged modern SEO, SEM, web analytics, and marketing research tools to maximise brand awareness.
Key Achievements:
